| Created a process used to review customers requests for new service (RFS). |
| These requests included both hardware and software changes to the network. |
| Prior to my involvement all requests were considered under contract and work was done without additional financial benefit to IBM (my employer). |
| After creation of review and tracking process I was able to identify changes and estimate the amount of effort needed to implement the change. |
| Identified requests that were not consistent with the contract and informed the project office who were able to start billing for additional work. |
| Additional revenue was realized directly as result of the RFS Process for the 1998 calendar year |
