HBHQ provides field service technicians to service companies. We are here to help you expand your technical services reach and provide a professional level of service to your customers.

HBHQ is just getting started as a business, but has 35+ years of experience in the technical arena.

We will work with and/or report to your help desk or technical staff, providing them on site eyes and hands for upgrades and trouble shooting.

· Voice and data cabling

· Cable trouble shooting

· Cable certification to 1 Gb/S

· Knowledge of hospitality industry's call accounting systems

· PBX and EKSU trouble shooting

· Paging systems

· P.O.S. service

· Server support, computer upgrades

· Knowledge of wireless technologies

Our goal is to provide onsite expertise to trouble shoot problems. We specialize in working on issues that have sent other technicians running.

Trouble shooting equipment on hand:

· Telephone test set - Fluke TS44 (Safe for data circuits)

· DVM (Digital Volt Multimeter)

· LANScaper NT750 (For identifying cabling problems with cat 5 and cat 6 cabling.)

· NT955 Validator NT Network Cable Certifier (For certifying cat 5 and cat 6 cable speeds to 1 Gb/S. Useful for preparing for VOIP conversions.)

· Impedance bridge (the only way to test paging speaker network)

· Infrared thermometer. (Sometimes equipment fails due to heat. This will provide validation to suspicions.)
